What is the process for scheduling a lab?

First, check the Detailed Schedules to determine whether the lab you want is available. Then check the Operational Hours.

Note: Special fees apply to all facility rentals from off-campus organizations. If your event is not during open hours, additional fees will be charged to have the facility available outside of these hours.

You'll also need to know whether the lab has the software you need. Check the Software List to find out. If it doesn’t, check another lab. Not installed anywhere? See the Software Request Procedure.

Once you've gone through this checklist, go ahead and schedule your lab session by sending the “Request for Use of University Facility” form to lab-request@humboldt.edu
