Is your team meeting regularly, but you feel like you just keep talking about the same things over and over again?  Keeping notes of what was discussed AND decided can really help keep you from rehashing the same topics over and over again!  Also, it's helpful to end the meeting by reviewing those decisions, outlining any action items AND going over who's responsible for each action item.
