Do you feel like you're not exactly sure what your project is about or where it's going?  Have you looked at your project scope lately?  For most projects, this might be as simple as the project request document.  If you're really unclear, it's probably best to sit down with the sponsors and your project team and document what should be happening!  This will help the rest of the project sail right along!  Scope-less is hopeless!
