How do I know the PolicyKey software is running?

If you have access to the HSU wireless network, you can be pretty sure the PolicyKey [1] software is running! You can double-check by right-clicking anywhere in the Task Bar at the bottom of your screen and selecting Task Manager. Click the Processes tab and you'll see PolicyKey.exe in the list of running processes.
