Any campus phone user and those accessing the voicemail system
Affected in what way:
There will be intermittent phone and voicemail system outages during this time. If you pick up the phone it may have no dial tone. Anyone trying to leave or retrieve voicemail may not be able.
Workaround:
Cell Phones for phone usage, but no work around for voicemail.
