What happened:

****Change planned for tonight was cancelled. A separate systat will go out once the installation date/time is confirmed by CMS Central *******************A change in last week's maintenance packs had an unexpected impact on messages appearing in Student Center for applicants. HSU created a temporary fix that will be installed this evening and we will continue to investigate what triggered the problem.
