I keep getting the regular Gmail screen and can't login. What do I do?

Occasionally, Google redirects you to the regular Gmail [1] login screen instead of the HSU login screen.

If this happens to you, you should check your bookmark and make sure it's pointing to https://mail.google.com/a/humboldt.edu.  [2] See Bookmarking Online Services [3].

As a quick fix, simply enter your email address (abc123@humboldt.edu [4]) in the Username field.  Leave the password field blank.  Click Sign in.  Google will redirect you to the HSU login page.
