If your course is a regularly scheduled HSU course or Extended Education course and you are the instructor of record, then a course shell is automatically set up for you around one month before the beginning of the semester.
If you would like a non-standard course to be added to Moodle (for instance for a club or special project), complete this form to request that a new, empty Moodle site be created for you. If you wish to re-use information from an existing Moodle course site, please use the Copy Request Form. [1]
When the new site is created, you will be sent an email message with access instructions.
