Capital Planning Form Automation

Description

Automate the accurate reporting of data needed for Form 2-2 (FTE Enrollment Distribution by Level & Category) and 2-3 (Calculation of Space Requirement for Instructional Projects) which are required by the Chancellor's Office each year as part of the University's annual Capital Project.

10/28/11: This initiative is already active. After further evaluation of the time required to complete the work required, it has been determined to not meet the requirements for a project and so has been assigned "cancelled" status in the project portfolio. The work required to meet this need will be completed outside the scope of the project portfolio.
