10/25/11:  The last open task, to estimate the resources required to install a reporting tool, has been cancelled, as ITS has a long list of higher priority tasks for those resouurces. We will go with the consultant's estimate of 2-3 days and close this project.

09/23/11: Awaiting expected date for installation and maintenance estimates for the different reporting options. Once they are received, the reporting assessment will be completed .

08/29/11: Assessment of reporting options is being finalized.
