Extended Education students will be able to enroll themselves in classes using existing IDs and receive detailed course information automatically without the need for manual PeopleSoft data entry, resulting in efficiencies for both staff and students. Financial services would also benefit from automated registration fee collection, and students with outstanding fees owing will not be permitted to register

10/15/12: This project request has been withdrawn by Carl Hansen.  This does not minimize the importance of this project, but given the campus direction toward distance education the decision has been made to re-evaluate these needs along with creation and automation of other distance learning initiatives and resubmit in a future request cycle.
