Implement additional functionality such as voicemail-to-email to enable HSU to fully benefit from the new OneBox voicemail system beyond the basic feature set deployed for the initial rollout. Converting voicemails to WAV sound files for delivery via email is more efficient for mobile users and enables better compliance with records retention rules by enabling voicemails to be managed in the same way as other digital files.

10/10/12:  At Josh Callahan's request, this project will not be resubmitted for the Fall 2012 cycle.  Enhanced voice mail services may be considered for future work requests.
