The main Collaborate site is reporting a system wide connection/access issue.They are working on it and will post when service is restored. Users will not be able to log in due to these Collaborate issues. No resolution time is provided. We will keep you up to date.
Other Sep 24 2014 - 12:05 Project office, ITS, UCS, CIO office The file system is running low on disk space and the type of OS does not support OTFE (on the fly expansion). UPDATE: The file system has error and will take a little time to resolve them before expanding the volume UPDATE: there are errors in the file system that are being fixed. Wireless Network Sep 22 2014 - 16:22 Campus Wireless Users HSU staf worked with the wireless vendor and identified an issue with the upgraded code that was causing some devices to be dropped. The settings have now been adjusted to prevent this from happening.

Computer Labs Sep 16 2014 - 09:02 Vlab applications System Admins are investigating UPDATE: The systems are available. We restored gateway access within 5 minutes, local printing issues seem to be resolved and license server communication has been solved. We are still investigating what cause the printing issue.

CO Portal Aug 23 2014 - 16:10 All Portal Users ITS is investigating. The database archiver had stopped, cascading errors to Portal App Servers, and Portal Web servers. The problem has been fixed.
Wireless Network Aug 22 2014 - 07:00 Nelson Hall Wireless Users The new replacement UPS has fewer power outlets. We will be consolidating from 2 POE injectors to a high density POE injector to only require 1 power outlet for POE needs. There will be a loss of power to the wireless access points as they are moved onto the new POE unit. **update - maintenance and testing complete**

Wireless Network Aug 15 2014 - 05:00 All Campus Wireless (Guest, Secured, and Unsecured) Due to the number of projected users registering next week, we will need to move the load to a dedicated router. Inability to perform this work, users may experience inability to register their devices and intermittent connection drops to buildings.
Account Center Aug 14 2014 - 09:30 Staff Due to a programming error last evening, the affiliation of some staff in Account Center was changed to "recently separated employee". Currently being remediated with estimated resolution by noon. *Issue has been resolved*
