Pharos Pay-for-Print Aug 26 2010 - 10:53 People printing in For203, For204a, NR210, SciB328, SciD17, WFB166B, WFB230 Some Pharos services were in a 'stopped' state on the HSU-PS2E server, which prevented users from printing to any printers installed. The services have been restarted. We are looking into why they were stopped.
Email and Calendaring Aug 25 2010 - 22:00 All email users. The reboot is to fix a failed secondary disk array. It is not used for online email storage.
Campus Web Sites Sep 12 2010 - 07:00 All Users browsing OEM Web Sites on Sorrel, all Laurel Job Queue Users This is a planned outage to facilitate the retirement of obsolete server equipment.

We have rebooted the system and are correcting the licensing issue.

Wireless Network Aug 5 2010 - 21:00 Wireless users - campus wide On Thursday, August 5th at 9pm there will be a brief (8 second) wireless outage campus-wide to install additional licensing on the campus wireless controllers. The licenses are required for the campus to activate an additional 50 access points to complete the final phase of the ITRP2 wireless project installation.
