The Humboldt State University's Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program has been discontinued. No new students will be admitted into the program. We are committed to helping students currently enrolled in the BSN program graduate in a timely fashion.  For more information regarding this decision, please click HERE.

How do I apply to the Nursing Program?

  • Review the application and Admissions Information for complete instructions
  1. Apply to HSU (if applicable) - indicate Pre-Nursing as your major
  2. Apply to the HSU Nursing Program
  • The Supplemental Nursing Application for Fall 2011 will be available December 1st,  2010
  1. Submit supporting documentation (Unofficial transcripts, TEAS score, Health Care Experience Form, etc.) directly to the Nursing Department
