Request Reservation Change

  • **We are accepting reservation requests at this time. We will not be processing those requests in Student Center until June 1st. Please feel free to submit your request now but note that the changes will not be reflected in your Student Center until the month of June. Thank you**
  • The following form is to request changes to your Orientation Reservation for the summer session only.
  • All fields must be filled out to update your reservation. Failure to fill them out may result in your changes not being processed.
  • We try our best to accommodate all change requests.
  • We work to process all changes within one week.
  • When your request is processed, you will receive confirmation of the change via email.
