Live Scan

The University Police Department provides an automated service for criminal history background checks that may be required as a condition of employment, licensing, certification, or foreign adoptions clearances.

Applicants must get instructions and the forms required for fingerprinting services from the agency requiring their criminal history background check.

Hours

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. No appointment necessary!

Fees

Department of Justice fees vary upon service requested. In addition, there is a $15.00 rolling fee for HSU students, faculty and staff. The rolling fee for community members is $20.00. Payment can be made via cash, check or debit card only. Credit cards are not accepted. Must have a current state photo ID or a valid passport.
