VP 85-1 Title for Newly Organized College

At the request of Dr. Bette A. Lowery, Dean, and the Department Chairs, Program Leaders and Program Directors of the newly or­ganized college, the title of College of Health, Educational and Professional Studies is herewith approved effective July 1, 1985.
