RESOLVED: That the University Senate of Humboldt State University recommends to the Provost the attached Guidelines for Adding Online Versions of Existing Face-to-Face Programs (4/17/12), developed by the Integrated Curriculum Committee (ICC) be adopted for use by the ICC.
Resolution on Time Limit for Undergraduate Report in Progress (RP) Grades
RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of Humboldt State University recommends to the President that a policy be adopted to require undergraduates to resolve a RP (Report in Progress) grade by completing required coursework within one year; and be it further
SUBJECT: Diversity and Inclusion Campus Advisory Council
WHEREAS, In Spring 1999 the Academic Senate of Humboldt State University approved revised Student Grievance Procedures which contained provisions for filing complaints against faculty, staff and administrators regarding discrimination and unprofessional conduct or issues not related to discrimination; and
1.1 The use of Library computing resources is governed by the Guidelines for Responsible Computing at Humboldt State University (Appropriate Use Policy) contained in University Management Letter 01-02 (April 2001) and the CSU Information Security Policy (April 19, 2010).
It is the policy of the Humboldt State University Library to respect the privacy of all users to the extent permitted by law. The Library will not reveal the identities of individual users (names, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers) or reveal what information sources or services they consult (books checked out, questions asked), to anyone outside of the organization unless required to by law.
