Changing the maximum units allowed for students - SFAMAX1 When an advisor gives approval for over 19, you may update the maximum units allowed for that student on SFAMAX1. Keep in mind that the student's maximum units return to 19 if the student does not register on that same day, for the additional units allowed (by the end of the work day - not midnight ). If the student will not be registering that day, please refer them to the Academic Information & Referral (AIR) Center, SBS 133. AIR staff will update their Banner record with the student's signed adjusted maximum units allowed Web Registration Status form in hand.
