The ResNet Office is located in the Jolly Giant Commons (the "J") on the second floor. ResNet staff provide free phone and walk-in support to all residents with computer networking questions or problems. Help for the computer lab in the "J"can also be found here. The ResNet helpdesk is staffed during the Fall and Spring semesters.

The ResNet helpdesk provides two options of free service to residents:
Residents who need help with connecting to ResNet can bring their computers to the ResNet desk, where on-duty staff can provide the necessary software configuration and help. Residents need only supply the CPU -- not the monitor, keyboard, mouse or other peripherals.
Residents who need help with connecting to ResNet can set up their own systems (and are encouraged to do so) by following the installation instructions. If you run into trouble attempting the installation on your own, no need to worry. The ResNet helpdesk provides phone support and is only a phone call away.
