• Resolution on Revision of the Humboldt Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects in Research (#38-11/12-EX) – Failed
• Resolution on Academic Progress Rules for Undergraduate Programs (#39-11/12-APC) – 2nd Reading – Passed and forwarded as an Emergency Item to President Richmond
• M/S/P to suspend the ad hoc Faculty Development Committee, pending consultation between the Senate Executive Committee and the incoming Faculty Development/Assessment Director in Fall 2012.
• M/S/P to clarify the timeline for Resolution #37-11/12-FAC: Upon approval of the proposed revisions to Appendix J by the General Faculty (Fall 2012), the new committee established to review and approve departmental/unit RTP criteria and standards will be established. Criteria and standards approved by the committee will become effective AY 2013/2014.
