Staff and Faculty
An engaged department
In addition to their own research, HSU faculty and students are personally active in a wide range of community projects, such as Operation U-Turn—an organization that helps non-violent offenders enter higher education. Our faculty are also involved in several HSU research institutes and projects, such as the Center for Applied Social Analysis and Education, the California Center for Rural Policy and the Humboldt Journal of Social Relations.
