Even though the campus event is over, you can explore HSU with a tour of our campus. Afterwards, we encourage you to take in all that Humboldt County has to offer! See the campus/community activities link to see what's happening.

Campus Tours
9:00 am - Noon

Clocktower, University Center
Starting at 9:00 am and departing every half-hour until noon, our knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guides will help you become acquainted with our campus. (Length: 1 hour)

Housing Tours
9:00 am - Noon

Clocktower, University Center
Starting at 9:00 am and departing every half-hour until noon, our knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guides will guide you through each of our residence halls. (Length: 45 minutes)

Drop-In Office Hours

9:30 am-Noon

Visit with representatives from Admissions and Housing.

Arcata Farmers' Market
9:30 am - 2:00 pm

Downtown Arcata Plaza (cross streets, 8th and 9th/ G and H streets)
Wake up on Saturday to the Farmer's Market on the Arcata Plaza. Enjoy this wonderful community event. Buy some spring flowers and try some of our locally grown organic produce.

No-Host Brunch
10:30 am - 1:30 pm

'J' Cafeteria, 3rd Floor, Jolly Giant Commons
See where you will be eating in the residence halls and join us for a discounted brunch at the 'J' cafeteria. (Breakfast foods will be available until 11:00 am and lunch options served. All you can eat, except pre-packaged items.)

Explore Off-Campus Classrooms and beyond at HSU (on your own)
Noon - on

Go on a hike in our 600-acre community forest, check out one of HSU's many off-campus classrooms, walk around downtown Arcata or old-town Eureka, or drive to one of the many state or national parks near campus. There is so much to do in Humboldt County, now is your time to experience it!
