What is myHumboldt? It's a new way of communicating and delivering the information you need when you need it.

Why use myHumboldt? No more hunting around for information! Everything you need is accessible in one place — registration, advising info, dates and deadlines, financial matters, campus services, tips for success and more.

How do I use myHumboldt? Just log in with your HSU User Name and Password and you'll get access to any of the following applications you're authorized to use:

  • Gmail, Calendar, & other Google Apps
  • Student Center (& Help)
  • Faculty Center (& Help)
  • PeopleSoft HCM
  • DARS Self-Service (degree requirements & achievements audits)
  • PeopleSoft Finance (CFS)
  • Moodle
  • Library articles & databases
  • STARS (scholarship application)
  • CSU Portal

News and Announcements

  • NEW! Interactive DARS Audit
    When you request your DARS audit, you now have a new viewing option: the Interactive Audit (IA). The IA (Interactive Audit) allows you to view a graphical representation of your progress towards degree completion, including the ability to see missing/incomplete/complete subject requirements. A guide with more information is posted in the General section.
  • Order Textbooks Online
    Beginning April 2nd students will be able to order textbooks online through Student Center. A guide with more information is posted in the Registration section.
  • Incomplete Contracts
    Students are able to accept Terms and Conditions of electronic incomplete contracts through Student Center. Scroll down to the Registration section and click on the Incomplete Contracts document for information.
  • Class Time Conflicts not allowed
    Students are no longer able to register for classes that have a time conflict.

  • Wait Lists available for classes
    If a class is full, you can get on a class wait list (if available). Scroll down to the Registration section and click on the Wait List Guide for information on how to get on a class wait list and how to drop a wait listed class

  • We would like to give you the opportunity to re-report your race and ethnicity because federal guidelines have changed to more accurately reflect race and ethnicity data. By updating this important information you increase our University’s ability to identify scholarships and services for student success, retention and graduation. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Run a DARS Interactive Audit (IA)

Add/Update Emergency Contact Information
Updating emergency contact information is a quick process and occurs right in the Student Center. To complete this process please follow the steps below. Remember, not only is having an emergency contact on file important, it is required if plan on taking part in an HSU field trip.

Field Trip Waiver Forms

Completing the Field Trip Authorization Waiver in the Student Center
Students over the age of 18 can now complete the "CSU Waiver of Liability Form" in the Student Center. This is a required form for students who take part in HSU sponsored field trips.
