2014 Social Justice Summit

Be sure to fill out all fields, missing information may cause your proposal to not be accepted. The following information will be used in Social justice Summit related publications and for planning by the summit coordinators. I highly suggest printing out your form before submitting your proposal. After you hit the "Submit Proposal" button at the end of the form, you should receive an email notification confirming we received your proposal. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact Mona Mazzotti at 707-826-3369 or resubmit your proposal online, as well as mail the form to the MCC—1 Harpst Street, Arcata, CA 95521.
