Prescribed fire associations and councils promote the appropriate use of prescribed fire for enhancing public safety, managing resources, and sustaining environment quality. This informal meeting is designed to give associations in the Southwest an opportunity to informally exchange ideas and engage conference participants in upcoming activities.
