Qualifications
An applicant is eligible for 
Talent Search TRiO if:
1. They have a desire to succeed in college,
2. Neither parent (or the person they live with) has a degree from a four-year degree,
OR they meet the U.S.
Federal Income Guidelines for TRIO programs.
