My thesis is centered on the behavior of African wild dogs.  My specific population is a pack of wild dogs re-introduced to Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park in South Africa.  I am using GIS to analyze tracking data to determine how these endangered dogs move, and particularly, if they actively avoid other larger carnivores (lions and hyenas).
