DONATION DASH & GREEN GRADUATION
The final weeks of this semester will bring many opportunities to get involved with WRRAP-sponsored/hosted events.
All too quickly the end of the semester and the school year will be upon us. It'll be that time of crazy insanity when everything is due and happening and expected to be finished up all at once...If you've been attending HSU longer than a year this isn't your first rodeo, you know what we mean! Midterms, finals, graduation, out of town/state family & friends, packing up, moving out, moving on - and everything that happens inbetween!
It soon will be the busiest time of the school year for the staff members of WRRAP, as well. Along with all the regular variety craziness, there are a grip of WRRAP-sponsored or hosted events that come at us like waves of a tsunami. We rely greatly on the support of volunteers to make any of these events successful for everyone involved - any and all help you can give would be greatly welcomed and appreciated!
Volunteer opportunities vary with event, some might include assisting with event organization, all events will require staffing ... contact us for event specifics. We need BODIES, BODIES, BODIES people!
Coming up on the Event Horizon:
- Pre-Donation Dash (organization and event staff)
- May Day / SlamFest
- On-going Zero Waste Events
- Donation Dash
- Food Drive
- E-Waste Drive
- Green Graduation (along with Take Back the Tap)
