Note: If your event is not during open hours, a $9 per hour fee will be charged to have the facility available outside of these hours. Email lab-request@humboldt.edu for more information.

- Schedule it!
Contact Room Reservations (x4414) to schedule the event.
NOTE: If there are off-campus guests who do not have Humboldt accounts, the organizer should request login info from lab-request@humboldt.edu.

Do I need to get approval before scheduling a lab?
No!
How much lead-time is required to schedule a lab?
5 days is recommended so that the posted schedule can be updated. If you REALLY need to schedule an event that is sooner than that, email
lab-request@humboldt.edu so we can update signage. Please do NOT ever schedule an event on the same day it occurs.
Is this how I schedule my semester long classes during the Class Schedule build?
No! The process for semester classroom scheduling still goes through Office of the Registrar. Contact Jane Fusek x6187 for more information.
What do I do if I need to move a lab mid-semester?
Check that the items above are true and schedule it!
