RESOLUTION ON 1999 2000 ACADEMIC YEAR CALENDAR

WHEREAS, Humboldt State University is planning to implement a yearround calendar commencing in the 1999/2000 academic year; and
WHEREAS, The Academic Senate of Humboldt State University is charged with recommending to the President the official 19992000 University academic calendar one full academic year prior to its implementation; therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of Humboldt State University recommend to the President that the 19992000 Academic Year Calendar follow the 16week fall/spring perpetual calendar model and incorporate into it a 10week summer semester (see attached).
