The purpose of the Alumni Ambassador Program at Humboldt State University is to extend the reach of the Office of Admissions through the volunteer recruitment efforts of well-trained, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic alumni.

Engage

Alumni Ambassador volunteers assist the Office of Admission by representing Humboldt State at various recruitment events and activities, and by identifying and maintaining contact with prospective students from their communities.

Mentor

The Office of Admissions will provide training through a variety of resources. All Alumni Ambassadors are expected to be basically familiar with the materials provided, to abide by ethical recruiting standards, and to stay connected with the Coordinator and the Office of Admissions.
