FALL

Each summer Fall HOP dates and students served at various sessions changes somewhat; due to these changes year-to-year registration number comparisons can be inconsistent.  By the end of the first week of classes registration numbers are more firm.

07/23/07– Fall 2007–EOP Summer Bridge registered in July last year and will register in August this year.

8/14-8/18/06– Fall 2006 – August orientation sessions this year and last were markedly different in terms of start days and registration days. Comparisons during this week will not be accurate until 8/19/06 (the day after registration is complete).

7/10/06– Fall 2006 One "Transfer only HOP session" (7/7-7/8/05) is not being held this year (2006) because of the online orientation that was offered in April. Comparison dates will re-align during the second set of Freshman and Transfer Orientations (7/19/06).

SPRING

11/13/07– Spring Semester 2008 – Veteran students received priority registration due to SB 272. This delayed the registration start times for juniors and seniors. HOOP (online orientation) is not taking place this term.

2/01/07 – Spring Semester 2007 – Early registration students were not cancelled for non-payment of fees until 1/24/07. This is approximately two weeks later than the usual early cancellation.

12/22/03 - Spring Semester 2004 – continuing students were cancelled for non-payment of fees.  Spring 2003 this was not done.

1/21/03Spring Semester 2003 - continuing students were not cancelled for non-payment of fees in December 2002 as has been done in the past.  Last year there was a significant drop in registered students around December 20th when this cancellation took place.  A decision has been made to discontinue this early cancellation process.  Students who have not paid their entire registration fees will be cancelled at Census.

11/18/02Spring Semester 2003 - early registration for the Spring 2003 term was interrupted by Thanksgiving break.  Spring 2002 registration began after the break.

7/1/02 - Summer Term 2001 had a single census date, while Summer 2002 uses multiple census dates for each session.  There may be some differences in the daily registration patterns caused by this change.
