Adjunct Professors

• The professional qualifications of Adjunct Professors are equivalent to the qualifications expected of a regular faculty member
• The designation carries no rank or emolument, though Adjunct Professors may be given library privileges and an email account
• Adjunct Professors are appointed for a renewable term of five years

Faculty Associates

• Faculty Associates are persons of distinguished academic preparation or accomplishments that wish to associate temporarily with the University for the purpose of the advancement of learning
• The designation carries no rank or emolument, though Faculty Associates may be given library privileges and an email account
• Faculty Associates are generally appointed for a renewable term of one year

Research Associates

• A Research Associate is envisioned as an individual who is a productive researcher and grantsperson
• The designation carries no rank or emolument, though Research Associates may be given library privileges and an email account
• Research Associates are generally appointed for a renewable term of one year
