Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

Oral Presentations must be done in Power Point format each Power Point presentation file must adhere to the guidelines provided on this website. Oral presentations will be allotted 12 min for the talk and 3 min for questions.

Powerpoint presentations must be submitted via FTP to our server. (5MB maximum file size!) Please read the preparation guidelines and note the deadlines of May 24th and June 5th for submission of the draft and final version of your Powerppoint presentations, respectively.

Poster Presentations

Poster Presentations will have a display board that is approximately 40 inches (100 cm) high by 60 inches (150 cm) wide. Posters must fit within these dimensions. Materials can be mounted on the board with push pins (to be supplied by the presenter).
