Housing and Dining Services
Registration and housing reservations for the
2004 meeting of the ASM will be handled electronically. It will
be possible to pay with a credit card for these costs via a secure server
at HSU.

We will be able to accommodate approximately 560 people on campus. There will be a limited number of single rooms available. In order to accommodate the largest number of people, we encourage people to share rooms if at all possible (please see the double rate). All rooms are resident hall housing with shared bathrooms.
It is standard for the HSU Housing and Dining Services to have a meal plan included with the room (a separate meal plan is not offered). However a modified meal plan (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 1 dinner) is offered to reduce costs (we have taken into account what meals participants are actually likely to eat in the dining hall as opposed to the picnic, banquet etc.). The prices for staying on campus are detailed below.
Pricing
The price includes the 4/4/1 meal package, a bed with a pillow, linens, blanket and towel. The meal cards allow one meal per meal period. Rooms have a desk, twin bed and closet for each guest. We have a limited number of hangers, reading lamps and alarm clocks available for checkout. Early arrival for the night of June 11 th or late departure arrangements for the night of June 16 th can be made by filling out the appropriate information in the registration materials.
Double room in Cypress, Hill or Canyon Halls = Package price of $149 per person for lodging the nights of June 12-15 (check-out is on June 16th), breakfast and lunch on June 13-16 and dinner the night of June 13th. All beds are twin - a double price means you are paying for one bed in a room that has two beds.
Single room in Cypress, Hill or Canyon Halls = Package price of $177 per person for lodging the nights of June 12-15 (check- out is on June 16) breakfast and lunch on June 13-16 and dinner the night of June 13th.
Early Arrival or Late Departure Prices = $22 per night per person for a double room and $29 per night per person for a single room. Early arrival for the night of June 11 th or late departure arrangements for the night of June 16th can be made by filling out the appropriate information in the registration materials. These prices are for housing only. Meals may be purchased at the cafeteria for those staying late.
