Open a work request
Use this form to requet our services: consultation, installation, maintenance or repair.
Add a New User
Expecting a new face around the office? Let us know in advance with this form so we can get started on network access and more.
Move a user from one location to another
Someone changing offices? We can help make sure their network access follows them.
Kindly ALSO fill out a Move Request through Plant Ops if the computer needs to be physically moved.
- Our office will disconnect and reconnect the computer equipment at the old and new locations.
- For ALL moves, we need to notify Networking. (If Networking detects a computer on the jack that is not registered for its location, they may suspend access..)
Remove user
We need to know when people move on. Let us know who isn't here anymore (or who will be leaving soon.)
