I enjoyed learning in different kind of environment than a traditional classroom.  I think that this class is set up very well in regard to potential problems which could arise in a class in this format.

I enjoyed this course immensely, and liked being able to work on my own time, and express myself without having to worry about what someone else was thinking as I was talking. Whatever they thought, they had to write it down later after I had composed my own post.

I found the course more challenging than the ones I take where I can sit in class, but in many ways more rewarding as well. My advice for someone who does not monitor their own time would be to take a class where you had to go in person to a classroom. This course, unless you really keep up, could easily get away from you. But if you do keep up, it is really worthwhile.

Overall, I think that the learning environment of an online course couldn't be better. Campbell is a great professor when it come to preparing his student for exam with setting the class standard, recording review, and giving feedback. No other online teacher would have done that.

This was my first experience with an online course and I must say that I enjoyed the flexibility of being able to log into the discussion boards at my discretion; however, at times it felt very forced that I contribute my opinion there when I didn't have much to say.  I did learn a lot from the text and powerpoint presentations online.  Overall I was very satisfied with what I got from this course.

Having an extra class without the hassle of having to attend and take a specific amount of time out of your day was fantastic. However, it was hard to maintain a grasp on a hybrid of the two types of classes. Also, I appreciated having one homework assignment due at a set time every week, but it was difficult for me to remember to participate in (or have the energy for) class discussions every week. I'd say that I'm still open to online classes in the future but now I have a more realistic (and maybe pessimistic) view of this type of course.

I really enjoyed the discussion boards. They were way more effective than regular classroom discussions because it allowed everyone to "speak" and take their time formulating opinions. The instructor always had good feedback and helpful information about the tests and homework.

Psychology 100 was very interesting and although it wasn't a class that required that we attend classes, it was set up in a way that I feel I really learned. Interaction via internet was a new experience for me and I liked it so much that I'm going to take another online course next semester.

This class, being my very first academic online experience, has opened me up to an entirely new method of learning as well as teaching. Attendance is not the same concept considering that there are no designated meeting times which allows a great deal of flexibility along with a great deal of dedication. I learned more in this class than l would have if it had been a classroom experience. I was a little discouraged at first because it was difficult to remember my timelines and schedules, however once figured out it was quiet enjoyable. Overall i felt that my time online was not wasted and i will most defiantly be looking in to online classes in the future.

This experience has definitely been interesting.  The positive features to my experience is that it has allowed me to discuss so many interesting topics with various people with very different opinions.  The negative features of this experience was that I wasn't as good at keeping up with an online course as I thought I would be.  It is definitely a whole different experience than going to class.  But in the end I really did enjoy this class.
