A $5.00 per ticket fee will be assessed for each exchanged ticket.

Subscribers will continue to receive this service at no charge.

Tickets must be received PRIOR to the event!

We cannot accept tickets for an event if they have not been received by the appropriate deadlines described below:

• For events on Tuesday through Friday, your tickets must be received by the Ticket Office no later than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the event. For example, tickets to a Friday event must be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday.

• For events on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, tickets must be received by the Ticket Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Exchange by mail

• Please mail your tickets and include a note indicating your name, phone number and your first and second choices for a new event.
• Tickets may be mailed to:

• Include a check or credit card number & expiration date for the $5.00 service fee. If the ticket price of the new event is more than the cost of the original ticket, be sure that your check includes the difference as well as the service fee.
• You should allow at least ten business days for the mailed tickets to reach us. Please note that the Ticket Office cannot be responsible for the timeliness of delivery by the postal service and the HSU campus mail system. If there is any doubt over whether or not we will receive your tickets by the deadline, please return them in person.

Exchange in person

• The Ticket Office is located in the University Bookstore on the 3^rd floor of the University Center building. Tickets can be exchanged in person during normal business hours.

Please note:

• All ticket exchanges must be made for another event during the current CenterArts season (excluding Add-on, AS Presents, & Music/Theatre Department events). Tickets for the event will be filled based on availability at time of receipt of the exchange request; they cannot be held by phone or e-mail. We must receive your tickets before releasing your new tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged by phone or e-mail.
• Ticket exchanges will not be accepted after the deadlines listed above or at the venue ticket window.
• Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
• If ticket Exchanges are for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in price becomes a tax-free donation to CenterArts.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
