Disability Accommodations
Wheelchair accessible. Persons who wish to request disability- related accommodations, including sign language interpreters, should contact the Ticket Office at 707.826.3928. Please request accommodations at least two weeks in advance of the performance to ensure best possible arrangements.
Will Call
All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance will be held at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to curtain.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until intermission or an appropriate interval in the program, as designated by the artists. As parking can sometime be an issue, please make appropriate arrangements to arrive on time
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Can't find your tickets? Call the Ticket Office at 707.826.3928 and we will have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call. General Admission tickets cannot be reprinted.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the performing arts, all programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds are available only in the event of a cancellation.
Exchanging Tickets
Due to popular demand, the Ticket Office will be extending the service of exchanging tickets to non-subscribers! Please view our Exchange Policy for more information.
We love kids but...
Please remember, a ticket is required for every patron regardless of age, including infants and small children. In addition, some performances may be inappropriate for children. In consideration of others, if your child cannot sit quietly, please make other arrangements.
