Introduction to Computer Science I

Course: CS 131

Description: Concepts; historical background; computer systems; algorithmic processes; control structures; scalar data structures and arrays; structure programming in C++.

Units: 3

Recommended prerequisite: MATH 115 or MPT3 score of 15 or Math Code 50 or consent of instructor.

Format: Three hours lecture, two hours lab per week.
