Transfer Student Orientation

EOP/SSS at Humboldt State University offers a transfer orientation program in conjunction with the Humboldt Orientation Program (HOP). Information about the time and location of the EOP orientation will be included in your HOP orientation agenda, which you will receive during HOP check-in.

During the EOP/SSS orientation, you will have an opportunity to meet the EOP/SSS staff and to review our program services. We'll also arrange a time for you to meet individually with an advisor who can assist you with:

  • course selection & registration
  • Transfer course articulation & academic planning
  • financial aid advising
  • off campus housing resources
  • career and graduate school planning
  • and other issues relating to your transition to Humboldt State
