Healthcare specialists will talk about the latest ways to make the most of menopause, midlife and the aging process. Topics include menopause, heart and bone health, fitness, sexuality and relationships. You will learn ways to promote physical and mental and health as you enter midlife.
This course will engage you with information, a theater piece on aging, and exercise and fitness tips and practice. We will learn from each other by sharing challenges and successes.
Instructors are generously volunteering their time to teach this course. Some sessions are led by a family therapist, an exercise specialist as well as a dramatic presentation by a local actress/writer.

In each of the four conversations about love, film clips will be shown from the PBS documentary film, The Mystery of Love, to stimulate discussion on the many personal and social expressions of love.
Participants will also identify actions they can take to more consciously use the power of love to heal and transform their lives and communities. This is an opportunity in a safe and comfortable environment to speak honestly about our experiences, and to listen and respond to each other with encouragement and compassion.
