College Creek Student Housing

The University has executed a $38M construction contract with Brown Construction
(of Sacramento) to build 99 apartments that will house 434 students, a student community center, an all-weather soccer field, and a small support and maintenance building.  This project is funded with Systemwide Revenue Bonds.  Field mobilization is already in progress.  This project is located between Harpst and 14th Street, and between Rossow and L.K. Wood Boulevard.
