In response to a specific user request, we have granted all departmental inquiry users access to the CSU Fund Attributes page. This page allows you to look at the CSU and state attributes underlying our PS fund codes, such as appropriation & reversion dates, SCO funds, fund classifications, etc. This will undoubtedly be irrelevant to the vast majority of you, but I wanted any who might be interested to be aware this was now available.

The page is available under the new (to you) menu item Set Up Financials/Supply Chain. It is the only available content under this item, but you’ll need to drill through several folder levels to get there. If you’re already logged on, you may need to Refresh your browser or log off and back on in order to see the item in your navigation menu.

Two items regarding the (re)location of information on purchasing in PS Finance –

1. The information on purchasing life cycle reconciliation & reporting has moved from the Fiscal Web space to Procurement’s own pages, in order to locate all information about purchasing practices in one convenient and appropriate place. The discussion has also been updated to reflect current practice and available reports. You may view the new page at
   http://www.humboldt.edu/%7Eprocure/Reports.htm. References within the Fiscal pages now point here, and a redirect is in place for any bookmarks or other external links to the old location.
2. All PO queries for endusers in PS Finance production are now named with a common prefix: HUM_AAA_PO_DEPT.
