Accounting has announced that August 2006 (FY 2006, Accounting Period 2) is officially closed; no more entries will be made to this period, so it is now stable for reporting purposes.

CSU CMS has resolved our problem, so the Finance system is available for your use again.

(Financial Services users: all process types, including Application Engine, should be working now.)

CSU CMS will be bringing down our Finance production immediately to fix a processing problem. This is a ‘bounce’, so the system should be available again soon.

CSU CMS has indicated that our problem in Finance production has been resolved, and everything appears to be back to normal.

CSU CMS has identified an apparent cause of our problems in Finance production — a messaging process that malfunctioned and filled up the available connections — and are still in the process of cleaning it up. At this end, there no longer appears to be a problem getting in and staying in, but it’s not clear if all user operations will be successful. I’ll try to update you again when we get a definitive OK.
