HUMGL014 modification

The HUMGL014 report (General Ledger Detail Activity by Fund), available under Humboldt Reports and Processes-Humboldt GL Reports, has been modified to accept additional chartfield selection parameters. Now, in addition to selecting journal line activity by fund and account ranges, you can also select by department, program, class, and project ranges. Note that the chartfield selection parameters specified on the run control page will be printed in the heading on each page of the report.

April 2007 closed

Accounting has announced that April 2007 (FY 2006, Accounting Period 10) is now officially closed in PS Finance. This means that no further entries will be posted to this period, and it is now stable for reporting purposes.
