Ichthyology Teaching Laboratory

This modern classroom is specifically designed for laboratories in fisheries ecology and taxonomy and fisheries/wildlife pathology. It is provided with 24 high quality Leica compound and dissecting microscopes, enough for each student. The ventilation system provides 50% more air turnover than is typical for modern science laboratories in order to accommodate the requirements of the course listed above. |
This classroom is across the hallway from the new Fish Collection,
thus allowing convenient access of fish specimens for students taking
our Ichthyology class. |
