Project Goals

1. Develop a set of student learning outcomes in geography with regard to information competence, addressing all five of the ACRL Information Literacy Standards for Higher Education.

2. Create course assignments that promote information competence across the curriculum, particularly in required courses for the major.

3. Identify or create assessment instruments to certify that students have met competence requirements.
